Dear All, One week ago, I upgraded MMSC to v2013.11.15 Since this, we meet problems with the service : it is always rebooting (every minute...). I always find this line at the end of MMSCDEBUG.BAK file : UnhandledExceptionFilter: Exception occurred in thread #0 In MMSC.INI file we have : DebugMaxSize=300. But since the upgrade, this size is not taken into account, the MMSCDEBUG.LOG file is often bigger. License is up to date  | |||

Hi, I sent you an e-mail. We need to see the MMSCDEBUG.BAK. Based upon your description, we believe an issue is occurring in the MMS to SMS with web link conversion. Do you have UndeliverableRouteToSMS= set in the MMSC.INI file? If yes, temporarily remove this line from MMSC.INI. -bn Bryce Norwood Now SMS/MMS Support | |||

I removed two lines in MMSC.INI : UndeliverableRouteToSMS=MMStoSMS UndeliverableRouteToSMSTimeout=60 And I restarted the service. Waiting. | |||

After restarting the service, stable service for the moment. But MMSCDEBUG.LOG file is increasing (currently 5071 Ko while we set 300 Ko in MMSC.INI file ...) | |||

Follow-up for anyone experiencing a similar issue as to the one described here. Removing the UndeliverableRouteToSMS setting will provide a temporary resolution.
