Hello, I have NowSMS version 2007.08.22 and I cannot create an user under TAB "MMSC Users". The tool allow me to edit the number, alias, password and others parameters, but after I press "OK", no user is created. As my version is old, I suspicious may have an update. Am i right? Thank you. Hi, That is very old product. I do remember some versions had an issue where the configuration UI would not display users if there was only 1 defined, but if you add another, the first would then appear. That said, theres not much help I can offer on that version. -- Des NowSMS Support | |||

Hello, I tried to ADD 3 users and did not work. To make sure is an UI problem, I used the button FIND. No users was found. So, no user was created. This is a different error. Is there any patch I can install to fix this? If I cannot add an user, I cannot send any MMS. Should have a solution for my problem, should not? Thank you. | |||

I'm sorry, but that is very old product, and we do not support it. The current version can be found under the "Download Free Trial" link at the top of this page. My best guess is a directory security problem with user rights. You might experience better results if you right click when launching NowSMS and "run as administrator". -- Des NowSMS Support |
