Hi Des, We are using NowSMS to perform direct delivery but there is no delivery on any iPhone model, we get a delivered response from the SMSC but no message is received on the phone. this affects only iPhone models. Any suggestion on how to rectify this? | |||

Hi, I don’t know enough about your configuration. Or your mobile operator’s configuration...because the MMS settings for many operators is such that MMS direct delivery is blocked. But I would expect Android and iPhone devices provisioned for the same operator to use the same MMS APN settings...so if Android works with default settings, so should iPhone. I’d suggest looking at the MMSC-yyyymmdd.LOG as a starting point. When you send an MMS to an Android device, there should be an MMSRetrieve log entry when the device picks up the message. Do you see this with the iPhone attempts? That will give us an idea of how far in the process things are working? Are you trying to configure as an operator MMSC for phone to phone MMS, or are you simply sending content? Not including a from address in the MMS can cause some devices to ignore messages. — Des NowSMS Support | |||
