I have found that if you are using AT&T as a service provider, and sending a large number of SMS, the phones will be shut off without warning and the only way to find out is to try calling yourself. | |||

Thanks. But I am using another carrier in Mexico. If I disconnect the phones from the nowsms cloud services and send a message manually I can get the message sent so it must be a problem with the cloud service | |||

According to the logs, the phone is returning an error when trying to send an SMS. Have you tried turning off the phone and turning it back on? (Generally not necessary, but a last resort.) Another thought...is it a Dual SIM phone? There seems to be compatibility issues with them due to a lack of API access. | |||

Hi, I found the issue. The carrier is blocking any message sent. The phone is connected to network, but no phone connectivity. I changed for another line and now sms are being sent. Thanks for the support. |
