When disconnecting from the GW, my device sends a WTP-Invoke class 0 transaction containing a WSP-Disconnect.

The fact is the GW responds to this transaction by a WTP-Ack.

In fact, I thought the WTP-Invoke Class 0 did NOT have a WTP-Ack.

Could you please tell me about it ???

I guess you're talking about our gateway @ 213.48.20.10. I asked our WAP expert about this. He says he has noticed this behaviour in conjunction with the T68i.

He says that this seems to be a little grey area in the spec. However, the definition of Transaction Class 0 states that it should not generate a result message in response.

The definition goes on to also say that the responder does not acknowledge the message.

However, if the U/P flag is set in the header, this indicates that the initiator requires an acknowledgement.

In our case, if the U/P flag is set, we give precedence to the U/P flag being set, and send an acknowledgement.

If the client didn't want an acknowledgement, we would expect the U/P flag to be clear.

I'm not sure if that answers your question or not.
