I am very interested by this software.

But i am afraid of buying it. because, in this discussion board, if i ask a question, i have to wait 15 days to have an answer.... And i sent an e-mail and i had no response.

It seems that the only support of now sms is this discussion board with the delay of 15 days to have an answer (and the answer wa a question so i have to wait another 15 days to have a answer...or another question).

It is correct or there is a way to have a rapid support if i buy the software ?

I had to test MMS sending to chose a software before monday 29 for one of my customer...

I like this software... but now, i have 3 days to find another softwatre that can send mms without problem or that have a support wich can answer to my questions in a delay less than x times 15 days...

Indeed... i'm using a demo version to test this application, and support is not working right!

Many posts are left without any kind of anwser... sad, 'cause it seems to be a good app...

... this is my opinion.!

It seem they have enough customers and don't want new ones.

I apologise that we have not responded promptly to your questions. The volume of queries has been unusually high over these summer months (a time during which we normally allocate more support resources toward development, as we prepare for updated product releases). And we do give priority to answering questions from existing customers.

I would like to answer your questions (and am currently working very hard to clear the backlog), but unfortunately, there are no questions in this thread, only complaints about not getting answers. So without any questions, there are no answers or advice that I can offer here.
