We have purchased a CDMA MultiTeck modem which works with the SMS AT commands. When I attempt to connect with NowSMS it gives me an error saying the modem does not accept SMS commands and will not initiate. Does this modem work with NowSMS? We only have 8 days left on the trial vesion so I would appreciate a quick response. We only want to use it to receive SMS. | |||

Do you have v5.51b (or later) of NowSMS? We added support for modems that only support SMS via AT commands in text mode in v5.51b, which is currently available only as an update patch. See http://support.nowsms.com/discus/messages/53/9502.html for details on the update patch. | |||
