Hi there,

We have 2 NowSMS servers configured in our Staging environment

We have recently noticed that there has been a drop in performance with SMS throughput

I understand due to the licence we have there can be restrictions in place?

How am I able to tell what these are and if we are being throttled by this?

Hi Jordan,

On the "Serial #" page, below the checkboxes for the debug logs, information will be displayed if NowSMS is doing any throttling.

Excessive throttling (like 1-2 messages/per minute) can occur with some combinations of older product and newer licenses. Installing the latest version from our website generally resolves this issue:
