Hi J, That is very strange, but I notice that sometimes the enquire link response occurs as expected. So, it is not failing every time. Interestingly, those times that it occurs as expected, there is other activity that precedes it. In one case, there is a deliver_sm sequence 21 seconds before the enquire link that functions as expected. In another sequence, there is a submit_sm sequence 1 second before. In all sequences that fail, the enquire link is 30 (plus a small fraction) seconds after the previous activity. What is the enquire link timeout on your SMPP server? I’m guessing that it is set to 30, and NowSMS is enforcing it too strictly. If this is the case, set the SMPP server enquire link timeout for the NowSMS SMPP server a few seconds higher, or adjust the client side's enquire link timeout a few seconds lower.
