Hi, we can see the below error in debug.log. seems to be NOWSMS not able to map the out going messages and corresponding delivery reports. 18:27:20:343 [15] ThreadProcessInboundReceipts: Receipt message id = 243 not in database for SMPP - acette11:2775 18:27:20:344 [43] ThreadProcessInboundReceipts: Receipt message id = 239 not in database for SMPP - acette11:2775 Please let us know what could be the reason? we are running the version 2020.01.15 Please find the attached configuration file and log

Hi Mathew, That is odd. I do not see any format problems with the receipt message IDs. But, it would help considerably if I could see the database (*.db) files in "d:\NowSMS\SMPPDATA\SMPP - acette11_2775" which are used for message ID tracking. Hi, issue was because of the below configuration o related to Message tracking folder which was never exist. MessageIDTrackingDir=d:\NowSMS\SMPPDATA I removed that and it is working fine now. Thanks |
