Can't send MMS using NowSMS/MMS Gateway

Dear Supporting team,
I am using Windows 10 and NowSMS/MMS Gateway. I can send SMS by connecting GSM modem (Huawei USB) with 3G sim card, and receive SMS on my phone. I can send MMS, but I can't receive MMS on my mobile phone. Could you help me to solve this problem in detail way with step by step. Thank you.
