Good morning. From out of nowhere, all the users that were registered in our NOWSMS platform disappeared. Could you help us understand how that could have happened, and if there's a way for us to retrieve them. Thank you in advance. Ruben Silva | |||

Hi Ruben, Do not be alarmed, the info is most likely still there, just hidden by a strange file/directory security issue In the operating system. Right click on a link to the NowSMS config program, or directly to smsgw.exe, and select run as administrator (or similar language), and I expect the user accounts will be visible again.
