I'm sending a wap page link,(test.wml) as a push. The original file is 492 bytes but its hex conversion size is 984 bytes! I'm sorry, but I don't understand what you are doing. Are you converting the content of your test.wml file to hex and then trying to send that as a WAP push? That's not going to work (there are examples in the WAP specs that show doing this, but: 1. I haven't seen this supported on actual handsets; and 2. You need to include WSP headers to specify the push content type). Generally, the "Service Indication" type is used for push messages. In a "Service Indication" message, you basically include a URL and some text. The web interface for the Now SMS/MMS Gateway allows you to specify these parameters ... or if you are trying to do this yourself, then you'll want to refer to the WAP specifications. Specifically WAP-167-ServiceInd, WAP-230-WSP (for the connectionless push PDU format), and WAP-259-WDP (WAP over GSM SMS). -bn | |||
