Does NowSMS support the use of GSM Modem pool to receive messages from multiple modems? Can anyone recommend a GSM modem pool product? Thanks. | |||

Allan, I'll preface this by saying that I do not have a recommendation for any specific "GSM modem pool" product. But generally, when people talk about a GSM modem pool, they are talking about a group of GSM modems. Any pooling is done in the software. From that perspective, you can connect as many GSM modems to a PC running NowSMS, as you can configure to be addressed as separate COM ports in Windows. This could either be a specific GSM modem pool product, where multiple modems are in a single unit, and software provides a separate virtual COM port for each modem, or it could be multiple independent GSM modems connected to the same server running NowSMS. -bn | |||
