I have a samsung d500. When i try and send mms messages i get a message saying unknown subscriber. I have the correct phone settings and i am on o2. Please e mail me the answer, it's driving me mad! | |||

Sorry Gary, This is the support forum for the Now SMS/MMS Gateway software product. I'm afraid that you need to contact O2 for assistance on that. If it's any consolation, one of my colleagues had the same problem on his O2 phone. He had an O2 phone that was on a business account that he only used for voice. He had sent a few MMS when he first got the device, so at one point it was working ... but it had been well over a year since he had last sent an MMS with the device. One day we were chatting, and I mentioned that I wanted to do some MMS testing with his phone, and he got a similar error message saying that he was an unknown subscriber. He had to call O2 to get the problem sorted ... |
