I´m trying to send a pic - any pic - to a Motorola C650 and all I get is a blank message.
In the Now SMS menu I choose "Send Binary Message", in the form I put my phone number, choose Other in the check boxes, put "851283000420380FF01C64300C269440022982800141928001497940029E0D0000B0074002E0034 002C001800180013E7C80017C3E80017C3E8001399C80010180800083C1000073CE0000381C00002 C340000381C00006D560000FABF0001EFF7800262A64004D00B2019881198630420C69203C04BE20 00047840000234C0000223800001C" in the UDH field and leave all other fields with "0".

What am I doing wrong? I've searched all the internet and all I receive is a blank message. : (

Thanks in advance.

Hi Julio,

The picture looks good to me.

The only thing I can think of is that sometimes when sending via a GSM modem, some modems will not behave properly if there is no data in the message (only user data header).

The easiest way to resolve this is to add some text. The easiest text to add is a Unicode space character ... set DCS to 4, and put 0020 in as the text.

Give that a try, even if you aren't using a GSM modem, as it is possible that your service provider has a similar problem with a message that contains only UDH.
