In NowSMS 2006 you can convert MIDI into EMS or Nokia Smart Messaging format.

See "Send EMS Message" in the web interface, and there is a section of the PDF manual that talks about this interface in more detail.

For raw conversion into hex string information, I recommend the following threads:

EMS format:

http://support.nowsms.com/discus/messages/1/6546.html

Nokia format:

http://support.nowsms.com/discus/messages/1/4191.html

Ringtonetools, which is referenced in those threads is a good utility for basic conversions.

But converting from WAV or MP3 into those formats is not worth the effort in my opinion (although I have see software that claims to be able to do it). See the link in http://support.nowsms.com/discus/messages/1/4191.html
for an explanation of why you should not expect the results to be very good for such a conversion.

Many newer phones support recorded audio as ring tones directly, so you don't have to mess with MIDI or the old legacy formats like EMS and Nokia Smart Messaging. Instead, you just include MP3 within an MMS, or send via WAP Push.

I'm sorry, but I don't have enough information to understand your question.

Are you trying to send a "WAP Push" message? Or are you trying to send an "OTA" (settings) message? (I'm not sure that the S65 supports any of the standard OTA protocols. But if it does, you may need to specify a USERPIN when sending.)
