I'm sorry, but I do not understand your question. By default, if the sender or destination address is international (starts with +), then ton = 1. If sender contains alpha characters, then ton=5. If sender is 5 digits or less, then ton=3. Otherwise, ton=0. If those defaults are not appropriate for you, then you can force values thru the advanced options settings. Similar logic applies for the npi. Unfortunately, I have limited browser access at the moment, but I'm sure a search on ton npi will return numerous other threads that discuss these issues. | |||
