I managed to send an sms message to my SonyEricsson K750i, but it said the message was corrupt!!! Any idea why this is happening and how I can fix it? Thanks S | |||

Hi, I don't know what you sent, or what type of SMSC connection you are using. (An SMSDEBUG.LOG showing the message being sent would be helpful.) If this was a simple text message, then I can't imagine what the problem was. The only problem that comes to mind is if you are using an SMPP provider that expects messages to be encoded with 7-bit packing. This is pretty rare, but there is a configuration option under "Advanced Settings" when you define an SMPP connection in NowSMS for setting this option. Other than that, I need more detail about what you are trying to send ... and what your SMSC connection is. -bn | |||

Hi Eddy, If you would like assistance with your problem, I would ask you to answer the same questions that I posed to Spencer. With the limited information that you have supplied, I don't know whether or not you are even using NowSMS (this is the support forum for the NowSMS product) ... or how you are sending the SMS messages that are arriving as corrupt. -bn | |||
