'Event Log' (from 'Service' tab) doesn't show new entries, while they *are* shown at the system's Event Viewer (Application), as well as in C:\Program Files\NowSMS\SMSOUT*.LOG.

What can be wrong?

I don't know the answer to that question.

On my test systems, I have managed to fill up the event log so that no new entries could be added until the log was cleaned up.

But when this happened, it affected all application event logging. You didn't see more events if you want into the Windows event log viewer.

We will perform some more investigation. But, I will say that the event log viewer built into the NowSMS configuration program is extremely simplistic, and I would rely on the Windows event viewer for the most accurate view of this log.

Since NowSMS displays the events in a listbox control, it wouldn't surprise me if the issue was that a Windows listbox control has a size limit of 64KB. Actually, it doesn't look like there is such a limit in Windows XP, but a limit of the size of this control could be an issue.
