Hi Taher, That is an unknown error, because it is not defined in the SMPP specifications. Error codes in this range are extended errors that can be defined by service providers for their own purposes. Unfortunately, you would need to ask your SMPP service provider what error 0x408 means for their service, because what it means will vary by service provider. For mBlox, I see that they have defined this error code as meaning "MSIP Syntax Error" ... and I don't know what MSIP stands for in this context ... I assume it is something specific to account configuration on mBlox's system ... so if mBlox is your provider, you would need to ask them about this. (Otherwise, ask your provider.) -bn | |||

P.S. - If you do get a list of extended SMPP error codes from your provider, I would appreciate you sharing that with us, as it might help others who encounter similar errors with the SMS service provider that you are using. | |||
