Which format is better for submitting a URL to a phone? WAP OTA Bookmark or WAP Push which format do most phones support or what is more compatible? | |||

WAP Push is more widely supported, as it is an official WAP standard. The WAP OTA Bookmark standard is published by Nokia and Ericsson. It is pretty widely implemented on Nokia handsets, but not very widely implemented on Ericsson (or SonyEricsson handsets). It might be implemented on handsets from some other vendors, but I haven't seen any firsthand. So, basically WAP Push is much more widely supported. -bn | |||
