if we have multiple connection, how to know, which connection the message Come From?

Based on the message recipient value.

If you are receiving SMS messages, this is available via a replaceable @@RECIP@@ parameter.

If you are receiving MMS messages, this will be included as the "To:" header in the MMS message (unless you select the option to forward the received MMS message to an e-mail address, in which case you would need to define a separate e-mail address in the "Receive MMS settings" for each connection).

Note that if you are using GSM modem connections, the message recipient value is not available unless you configure the modem phone number within NowSMS. (Go to the "SMSC" page, highlight the modem entry, and press "Properties". There you can define the phone number associated with the modem.)
