Hey Bryce, I am in the US and I have a PC running NOWSMS trial 2006 version. I have 6 modems connected to it (1 Multitech GSM Serial and 5 Multitech GSM USB). I've set it to use "Direct to Modem" settings. I have keywords setup and scripts that are invoked when those keywords are received on 2-way. 3 modems have Tmobile and 3 have Cingular. My question is: 1. Can I connect more than 6 modems to this PC/NOWSMS setup? 2. I read somewhere in this forum that per modem can handle 6-10 msgs per minute. Does this mean that since I have 6 modems, NOWSMS installed on my machine will handle a maximum of 36-60 msgs per minute (license permitting)? 3. Do you know if Tmobile or Cingular supports GPRS? If so, how do I setup NOWSMS to take advantage of this? 4. How do I verify if my Multitech modems are taking advantage of the "Direct to Modem" setting? | |||
