Sir,
How to handle the following scenario...
If the ESME establishes an SMS transmitter and receiver connection, it shall establish two independent connections for each connection mode; in other words, there will be a transmitter connection and a receiver connection.

A transceiver connection that allows sending and receiving SMS over just one connection shall not be employed.
thanks and regards

This is the default behaviour for NowSMS when an SMPP connection is configured.

If "Receive SMS" is checked, then both transmitter and receiver connections will be established.

If "Receive SMS" is NOT checked, then only a transmitter connection will be established.

If you wanted to use a transceiver connection instead of two connections for transmitter and receiver, then under "Advanced Settings" for the SMPP SMSC connection, you would check the setting "Send and Receive Messages over the same connection (SMPP Transceiver)". By default, this transceiver option is NOT checked.
