Sir,
Can you tell me how to handle the following scenario...
ESME shall send messages to the destination address using the MIN format (Mobile Identification Number). This is NOT the same as the International number (51 + city code + number), despite the fact that sometimes the prefix 51 is handled. Conversion from phone number to MIN is made consulting a table, which will be provided by Operator. Some examples of MINs based on the subscriber's phone number are:

199953337 5119953337

196469999 1116469999

The MIN is always a ten-digit number.
