Yes, it is possible. It does cost money to send an MMS message. NowSMS is not a service provider, so we don't sell bulk SMS or MMS messages. NowSMS is a software product, available for a free 60-day evaluation period. However, to send any messages with NowSMS, you do require a connection to an SMS and/or MMS service provider ... or a GSM/GPRS modem.
