I have developed a SMS gateway using the ie.omk.smpp API. I have to identify the Long SMS and conctenate them, which comes from the SMSC. How can I do that. Is it using the header of the SMS , If yes what is the header format look like etc..And what should I be looked into in the SMS | |||

You're going to want to download the GSM 03.40 specification. It can be downloaded from http://www.etsi.org (Look for Services & Products, then Standard Free Download). Section 9.2.3.23, 9.2.3.24 and 9.2.3.24.1 provide documentation for user data header and concatenation of SMS messages. | |||
