Hi,

I'm sorry but this is the support forum for the Now SMS/MMS Gateway software product. It is not a general mobile phone related support forum.

That said ...

It sounds like you are having a problem with the MMS service offered by your mobile operator.

All I can suggest is that if you are receiving a text message with an internet link instead of an MMS message then this means one of the following:

1.) Your account is not provisioned for MMS with your provider. Therefore when you are sent an MMS, they are converting it to an SMS with a web link for message retrieval (and in these cases they usually expect you to use a PC web browser for this retrieval).

2.) The sender of the message is on a different network operator from you, and that operator and your operator do not have MMS interoperability between them. Therefore, the sending network operator has converted the message to a text message with a web link to offer some hope of delivery.

If #1 is the case ... have you ever sent an MMS message before with your phone? Some mobile operators will automatically provision you for MMS the first time that you send an MMS. Try that. Then try sending an MMS to yourself. If it doesn't work, wait a few minutes and try again. If that works, have the original sender resend the message. If it doesn't work, you'll probably have to contact your network operator for support.
