Hi,

Sometime, My NowSMS can not sent messages, if I restart service, it receive and sent ok. But after 3 hour, NowSMS can not sent messages again

When I test SMPP connection, sometime, nowSMS display "Unable to login to SMPP server with specified parameters. ERROR: Timeout waiting for response from server or lost connection". But sometime I test ok

There are error file and debug file:

Hi,

This error code basically means that the SMPP server is not returning any response when NowSMS attempts to login. Either NowSMS waited 2 minutes for a response and did not receive a response ... or the SMPP server forcibly terminated the connection.

I don't really have enough information to tell you any more than this.

If NowSMS loses its connection to the SMPP provider, then it will wait a short time and then try reconnecting again automatically. Restarting the service should not have any effect on this, other than to cause NowSMS to try again sooner than it might have otherwise.

Unfortunately, the debug log that you provided covers a time period when it appears that NowSMS was connected to the provider without encountering any problems. An SMPPDEBUG.LOG that covers a time period during which the connection fails might provide some more information. However, in cases like this, you often have to ask your SMPP provider for assistance, as it is very possible that there is a problem or error condition occurring on their end.
