Hi We are receiving the MSISDN from the operator without the leading "+", I have tried TON=1 but it didn't work, is there anyway to work around this problem? We are using v5.51k (SMPP) best regards | |||

Hi, The TON parameter would only apply to messages that you are submitting. If the TON=1 is not set on messages that you receive from that provider, then NowSMS would assume that the number is not in international format (no "+"). Perhaps you can ask your provider to set TON=1 for your account. IF that is not possible, maybe you could insert a "+" when processing with a 2-way command? | |||
