Hi,

I was wondering if you guys provide premium support. This is such a wonderful product and I would pay extra for getting immediate support.

I know the discussion boards are a wealth of info but like another user said before, sometimes we don't get any response until several days or weeks later. I realize you guys probably have your hands full (means your company is growing) but you should consider this. I'm sure I'm not the only one who would pay extra for premium support.

And if you do, please provide a variety of premium pricing plan as there are newbies who need support all the time and there are some of us who are beyond basic problems and need more help on tuning and minor glitches and may not need the same # of hours/attention as newbies.

Hi RS,

Yes, we do have plans that offer this.

Talk with Keith (UK based) or Lisa (US based) and they can provide pricing details.

We're also working on making changes to ensure that we allocate sufficient resources to fix the response time problems here on the discussion board.
