Hi there i have a small but big problem, hoping you guyz to help me sort it out.

My company is a mobile operator, we bought nowsms as the sms gateway solution for connecting customers, customers must be able to send and receive sms from and to our mobile customer numbers, but i'm running into a
situation now that i have multiple accounts but only one account receives messages from the SMSCENTERS all other accounts do not receive messages, can you help?

Hi,

I'm sorry, but I don't have enough information about your configuration to answer your question.

I assume that you have enabled the SMPP server in NowSMS, and you have customers that are connecting to your NowSMS server via SMPP.

If you want those SMPP clients to be able to receive SMS messages, then in the user account definition under "SMS Users", you need to check "Route received messages to this user", and in the "Recipient address(es) to route to this user", you need to put the phone number(s) and/or short code(s) that this user account should receive messages for. Then, whenever NowSMS receives an SMS message addressed to one of these phone number(s) and/or short code(s), the message will be routed for delivery to that account.
