Hello, I have noticed that the MMSCOUT folder has way too many files, in fact they are so many that windows 2003 takes too long to open the folder, at which time the cpu usage is also at around 80-100%! I know that Windows seems to have a hard time coping with such a big number of files, so could you please tell me what are the files in this folder and also how to make NowSMS autodelete them after an X period of time? Hi Nikos, Those are pending outbound e-mail messages. Most likely you have e-mail alerts configured, but there is some issue that is preventing the e-mails from actually being sent. (Or, the MMSC service is not running, and that service handles the e-mail delivery.) I would suggest that you delete these files, then determine what is creating them (most likely the alerts) ... and then either disable it, or correct the e-mail settings. (In many cases, you need to define an "SMTP Relay Host" to which the MMSC will forward all e-mail messages.) -- Des NowSMS Support | |||
