hello i am new to Now Sms gateway i want to send a sms containg some UTF-16 characters problem which i am facing is that some times it submits complete text while other time it submits partial sms i have checkd the log file and i have discovered that now sms gateway is treating my mesage as binary message now i want to know on what basis do it convwert my data to binary i.e. how can i do it... because it translates only some portion of my data in binary i want to convert it manually and then send as binary please reply as soon as possible

I need an example of the URLs you are sending in order to understand the problem.

By default, NowSMS expects that the "Text=" parameter contains UTF-8 encoded characters.

You can either convert your text to UTF-8 before submitting to NowSMS ... or you can specify a character set in the URL submission to indicate which character set you are using. This is done with the "&charset=xxxxx" parameter. For example, add "&charset=iso-8859-6" if you are sending Arabic text.
