I use Nokia 7210 as a modem for the gateway. I can see that in the mms message setting, it has an ip address, and so does in the GPRS settings. I wonder which one I should change and what ip address I should use (213.48.20.10 or my ip address??) I urgently need help. Thank you very much!!!!!! | |||

In the Nokia 7210 setup screens, the "IP Address" parameter generally refers to the IP address of the WAP gateway that is being used (in either an MMS profile, or a profile for the WAP browser). In current versions of the NowSMS gateway, this setting would not be used for a modem that is connected to the gateway itself. It might be relevant on a client device that needs to fetch MMS content from the gateway. In that case, the phone needs a profile for MMS that connects to a GPRS Access Point Name (APN) and WAP gateway that has the ability to connect to the gateway to retrieve MMS message content. -bn |
