Ok.

Are you talking about the error message "Administrator rights are required for service installation"?

The Now SMS/MMS Gateway components run as Windows services. In order to install a service, you need to be logged into Windows with an account that has Administrator rights to the current workstation.

Do you require a GSM phone? I'm going to assume that you're asking this in the context of connecting a GSM phone to the SMS component of the gateway.

Without a GSM phone or other type of SMSC connection to enable you to send SMS messages, there's not much that you can do. That is because the way that an MMS message is sent to a mobile phone starts with a special SMS message triggering notification to the phone to tell the phone that it has an MMS message waiting.

Without an SMS link on the gateway, you cannot send an MMS message to a phone.

Without an SMS link on the gateway, you can send from a phone to an e-mail address ... but you could not send back to the phone.

Does that answer your question?

If not, please clarify.
