hi to connect to the smsc of my operator (cimd2) i need to send a accountnumber (ex. 5802030) as sender in nowsms, but when i will send a other sender number like 0795005080 he send: 58020300795005080, can you help me?? I also have say yes to "Allow sender Address Override". Thanks, Nele | |||

Nele, Are you using a "Sender Address Prefix"? I'm a bit confused ... do you want the gateway to convert "0795005080" to "58020300795005080"? Or is the gateway doing this, but you do not want it to. (If you want the gateway to do this, you would set "5802030" as the "Sender Address Prefix". By contrast, if you do not want the gateway to do this, it should not unless you have the "Sender Address Prefix" set.) It might be easiest if you could send me a debug log so that I can see what is happening on your system. Manually edit SMSGW.INI, and under the [SMSGW] section header, add Debug=Yes. Then restart the gateway service. Then, please e-mail SMSGW.INI, SMSDEBUG.LOG and CIMDDEBUG.LOG to nowsms@now.co.uk. -bn | |||
