i'm living in Hong Kong
I just download and setup the sms/mms gateway to test whether it works, but i can't send sms properly, as Hong Kong's area code is 852~
i've try sending the message with format of "+85291234567"
is this the gateway not support Hong Kong's mobile phone?

Have you configured a connection to an SMS service provider or a GSM modem?

NowSMS is strictly middleware ... you need one of the above to actually send SMS messages.

The following is noted on the download page in bold type:

Please note that a connection to an SMS service provider, or a GSM modem is required to send messages using this software. System Requirements

Sorry for any confusion. I know there are a lot of people out there looking for free SMS, and this is not a solution for that.

Bryce, thx a lot for your help~
As i'm a University Student and doing my Final Year Project using mms to implement the message generation part using to sent messages automatically.
I would be grateful if my project could be implemented into real mobile instead of nokia simulators, could you tell me the soultion for that if i'm willing to send money on subscribing the SMS service provider and could you tell me which one you recommanded for a cheaper price as i'm a student.
Also, is that mean once if i subscribe the service of SMS service provider, i can send mms also by NOW SMS/MMS gateway.
Thanks A Lot!
