Sending wap settings

Hi there.
I have a DEEP trouble with sending WAP settings to NOT NOKIA mobile handsets.
I'try many samples from mobilealliance, but only nokia handsets interpretate this correctly. Other phones receive this as "unreadable message". If is not hard please post hexdump of pdu with WAP configuration understending by siemens or motorola phones.

Please keep in mind that only the very latest versions of handsets from these other manufacturers actually support the OMA settings.

I understand that some earlier Siemens phones could be OTA configured with proprietary messages which I have never been able to find any information on.

For Motorola phones, I have documentation on their support for the OMA provisioning content, which indicates that they added support for OMA Provisioning Content v1.1 (which NowSMS supports), effective with Motorola Internet Browser v2.2, which initially appeared in the E380, V300, V500, V600 and A835.

I'm not sure where the Motorola document can be downloaded from, so I'll go ahead and attach it here. SonyEricsson also has helpful documents in the developer area of their web site.
