On the following web interface "Send Binary Message". How is it possible to send a new menu via SMS, like this: Menu name and a following shortcode. Thanks. | |||

Peter, That process is a bit involved. You can probably use NowSMS to send out the actual messages (this is not my area of expertise) ... but encoding the content is a complex task. These menus are enabled via what is known as "SIM Toolkit". The official SIM Toolkit spec is ETSI GSM 11.14, which you can download from the ETSI web site (http://www.etsi.org). However, working directly from that spec would be a challenge to say the least. I suspect you're going to want to look into application development tools for SIM Toolkit to simplify your development process. I don't have any specific tools that I can recommend, as this is beyond my area of expertise, but I suspect a Google search on "SIM Toolkit" will take you to some sites that contain more information. -bn | |||
