Does nowsms allows mobile to use it as a smsc to send sms to other mobile phones? just like the mmsc? | |||

Yes, you can use a GSM modem (or GSM phone with inbuilt modem capabilities) as your SMSC connection with NowSMS. | |||

Sorry what I meant was can nowsms act as the smsc between 2 mobile phones to send sms to each other not using the operators smsc | |||

No, it cannot. To act as an SMSC, you would need to have special links into the GSM network. (It's not possible to do just over IP ... or just with a GSM phone/modem.) | |||
