Hi Andreas, I'm glad you find it reliable, considering that you have no idea what you signed up for. NowSMS is not a service. NowSMS is a software product. It is advanced middleware software for sending/receiving SMS, MMS and WAP Push messages. It is not a replacement for an SMS service provider. In order to actually send SMS messages with NowSMS requires an account with an SMS service provider (NowSMS supports SMPP, CIMD2, UCP/EMI or HTTP), and/or a GSM modem. A GSM modem is a specialised device that accepts a SIM card and operates on a subscription to a mobile network (some mobile phones have inbuilt GSM modem capabilities). -bn | |||
