Hi. Do you know what codes are for all ems messages? For 32x32 is 10 but ems message can also have 72x14 and 72x28. How can I send ems with various size, not 16x16 or 32x32 ? And how add text to this graphic??? Please, I really need this!!! DARO http://adler.statsms.net | |||

DARO, Download the EMS spec, which is part of 3GPP 23040-520. Here's a thread with links to good spec resources. The UDH IEI for different picture types are: 10 Large Picture (32*32 = 128 bytes) 11 Small Picture (16*16 = 32 bytes) 12 Variable Picture To add text to a graphic, you include text in the message. The text is part of the message data, which is outside of the UDH. A phone that doesn't understand EMS generally will skip UDH information identifiers that it does not understand, and will only see the text of the message. -bn | |||
