The 3GPP MMS specifications can be downloaded at: http://www.3gpp.org/ftp/Specs/archive/23_series/23.140/ However, the 3GPP MMS specification does not define the MM8 implementation. | |||

"they make a terrible effort to complicate everything". Agreed. Most of the major vendors can't even get MM7 right. I'm not optimistic about this one being widely implemented any time soon. | |||
