I've a mid file I want to convert it to a hexadecimal format to be sent through this gateway I am using C# when I perform this conversion by reading the file bytes and converting them to hex but when sending the tone phone does not recognize it is this because of The Pdu or some thing I have to put to the hex Thanks | |||

Hi, I'd suggest that you try sending it through the web interface first. Different phones have different formats that they use for ringtones. To send a MIDI directly, you pretty much have to use WAP push. NowSMS can convert MIDI into EMS iMelody or Nokia Smart Messaging RTTTL format. Use the "Send EMS Message" function in the web interface. Then once you find the format that you want to use, from your application, use the appropriate URL parameters for the type of message that you are trying to send.
