Dear All
we have a problem in sms .we send sms from crm workflow .but now sms gateway not recognizing email body .it generating ascii?? error.

Hi Javed,

I need more details on your problem.

What text are you submitting to NowSMS? How are you submitting it?

If you are submitting via HTTP, NowSMS defaults to assuming that your text is encoded using UTF-8.

If you are using a different character set, then you need to modify the URL that is used to submit to NowSMS to include the character set name in the "&charset=" parameter. For example, if you are submitting text encoded in normal Windows Arabic encoding, you would include "&charset=iso-8859-6" in the URL request.

If this doesn't answer your question, please explain how you are submitting text to NowSMS and an example of the text that you are submitting.

If you enable the SMSDEBUG.LOG in NowSMS, this would helps us a lot. Repeat your attempt and reply with the SMSDEBUG.LOG as an attachment so that we can see what you are trying to do.
