Hello, We have set up 2 users in order to experiment with quotas, user queues etc, however although the NowSMS service is working normally (i.e. we can send SMS from each user) when we click on stats a window appears but it doesn't show anything. Is there something I need to setup in order for the statistics to appear? I also upgraded to the latest version (October 28th) but the issue remains. Any thoughts on this? | |||

Hi Nikos, I believe I've seen this before. If "Require authentication for web interface" is not enabled, then any user account information is ignored for HTTP submissions. So there won't be any user stats. (SMPP users should still have stats.) Hopefully that is the problem that you are experiencing, and you just need to enable that setting. (Just be sure that when you do this, any of your automated processes include user information.) -- Des NowSMS Support | |||
