One of my SMSCs requires that the message PID be set to a particlar value. Is there a way of doing this on a globl basis, or for a particular SMSC, without having to specify it in each message request? | |||

Hi Don, That's the first time I've ever heard of anything like this. What value are they wanting to use? We could add a setting for specifying a default rather easily. But before I forward this to engineering, I'd like to get a little more background information if possible. Are you sure it is the PID value that they want you to set? I could understand service_type or DCS, but not PID. On second thought, I'll go ahead and forward this to engineering now ... but I'm still curious for more information, and I'm sure they will be as well. -- Des NowSMS Support | |||
