I am trying to test using email from our snmpc monitoring system to send sms messages to the on call engineer. When I try to add an MMSC user in the NowSMS console, I fill in all the fields and click ok, and the user is not added to (empty) the list. There is no error message, it just ignores me. Any ideas? Hi Glenn, There were some older versions of NowSMS that had an issue on some systems where the first user added didn't show up until a second was added. That issue was resolved some time ago, but it may still be worth trying to add a second user. Another thought would be to exit the config program and go back in to see if that restores access. The user file is named MMSCUSERS.DB. Check if that file exists (either in Program Files\Nowsms or ProgramData\Nowsms). If so, delete the file then try to add again.
